Keep standing up for MCL!
This is a mod for Minetest called XtreemSex (technical name: sex)
It was initially intended to be used in Adsurv, but I decided to make it game independent, so that you can play on virtually any game you want, e.g. KSurvive 2, Holiday Horrors, XaEnvironment, or Juanchi Game.
It adds the two sexes and a race selector to the game of your choice and lets you choose between male and female, as well as multiple races such as African-American, Chinese, and Latino upon joining the world; currently it only affects the player texture, there are two eight, but I plan on adding various sex-specific attributes.
